Selecting the necessary equipment as new solutions emerged;
Defining optimal placement for its installation;
Assessing its role in the technological process, interaction with other equipment, and integration with the building's engineering systems.
Group 4 addressed safety issues
Industrial safety;
Labor protection;
Environmental safety of the facility.
Group 3 connected
all equipment with technological pipelines.
Group 5 coordinated the efforts of the remaining four groups
Monitoring new information and inputs;
Instant adjustment of achievements of ongoing work;
Process management.
To meet the deadlines, the team was divided into five parallel groups that constantly exchanged information and adjusted each other's work as new data became available.
