We executed the project in several stages, from auditing to obtaining approvals from all relevant authorities.

Implementation

A detailed audit of the technological documentation provided by the developer, Ecarb.

Documentation finalisation in accordance with the requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Adaptation of over 30,000 pages of technological documentation;

Design of extensive pipeline networks, including those for hazardous and highly corrosive chemicals transported in significant volumes, under high pressure, and at elevated temperatures;

Hydraulic calculations;

Convenient access to all shut-off and control valves.

Development of industrial safety and occupational health projects that comply with the requirements of both Kazakhstan and Italy as the technology provider.

Translation of technological documentation from Italian and English;
Development of project documentation based on the translated materials;
Development of documentation for technological pipelines;
Development of industrial safety and occupational health documentation;
Ensure the production of hazardous chemical substances, including high-purity chlorine-containing products;
The project must meet high production quality, the regulatory framework of Kazakhstan, and Italy's standards as the technology provider.

Request

Results

The project received positive conclusions from all authorities responsible for approving design and industrial safety documentation. Construction of the facility and installation of equipment are currently underway. The facility is expected to start operations shortly.
