Classification
Industrial Facility / Chemical Industry
800 m²
Storage of 96% sulphuric acid — 1,000 m³;
Transportation of sulphuric acid — 11 m³/h.
A significant part of the project focused on ensuring efficient and safe transportation of acid in large volumes and under high pressure. Particular attention was given to unloading and loading technologies, as well as to the safety of employees, the environment, and the product during the unloading of rail and road tankers.
Implementation
Development of principal schemes for technological communications;

Hydraulic calculations;
Selection of insulation, valves, and pumps.
Development of a project for electrochemical corrosion protection;

Selection of pipeline materials;
Additionally, we addressed related tasks that helped achieve results in a short time
Routing pipelines for concentrated sulphuric acid within a temperature range from crystallisation point to +60°C;
Routing pipelines for associated technological environments;
Developing technologies for the intake of sulphuric acid from rail and road transport;
Developing technologies for transferring acid to production at a rate of 11 m³/h;
Designing optimal and safe storage for 96% sulphuric acid in a volume of 1,000 m³.
Tasks
To organise the reception, transfer, and safe storage of sulphuric acid at the facility.
